I'm ashamed to admit that I have gained 9lbs since April. Sigh.
This week, I have made incredible efforts to get myself back on track with eating healthy as well as exercising.
I joined MyFitnessPal. Does anyone else use this? I think I like this even better than The Daily Plate.
I didn't actually write a Wednesday Weigh-In post, but I did weigh in that day. I am currently at 185.
I have also stopped running, which I miss. I'm mad at myself for slacking off, but the only thing I can do now is get myself back into the swing of things. So, that's what I'm going to do. I did attempt to run a couple days ago, however, I could tell it wasn't as easy as it had been a couple months ago.
Some goals I
- Walk 3 miles at a brisk pace, at least 4 times
- Drink 2.5L of water every day
- Drink 1 cup of green tea every day
- Have my daily calorie intake between 1400-1600 a day
- Increase my veggie and fruit intake
