little by little
I've lost 5.4lbs since the 1st of May. Nothing huge to note, but still enough to keep me motivated. Aslo during the month of May, I walked/jogged 18.33 miles. My goal for the month of June is 100 miles. I think I can do it, in fact, I know I can do it. I've joined a website called The Daily Plate. I love it! It allows me enter in everything I've eaten for the day; it keeps track of certain foods that I regularly eat; it allows me to enter in and choose from a variety of exercises; most of all, it keeps track of all the calories I've eaten and lets me know how close I am to going over my daily calories.
