I actually woke up at 5 a.m. this morning; I felt great waking up and not the least bit tired. I was able to do the following:

Miles: 5.27
Calories burned: 525
My goal from now on-at least during the week days- is to wake up early in the A.M. to get my exercising out of the way, especially since my classes start next week.
