My daughter had 4 games today (3 soccer and 1 volleyball). Man, am I tired! We've been going since 7a.m. I think I'm ready for bed.
Today, since we had so many games back-to-back, I didn't really plan my eating like I should have. Shame on me! I really do know better. I didn't eat a thing until 3p.m. (We ate at Braum's.) Dinner tonight will be a grilled chicken breast w/ salad.
Last night I found a couple classes at the Y that I would like to attend, but it's just getting up the nerve to actually follow through with it. One class is called Cardio C.R.A.Z.E and the other is Zumba.
I want to start them this next week...
Well...yawn...I think it's time to tackle some laundry.

Ooooh!! Go do Zumba! I really want to try it but my Y doesn't have it so I have to do some checking around to see if there is anything else that is cheap around. I already pay for a Y membership and Weight Watchers so I'd really like to not add anything else.
Maybe a Zumba DVD is in order!
