It's been so crazy since the last post-- school work, my daughter's sports ending (volleyball and soccer), gearing up for my daughter's basketball season to start this week, and some work for me. Oh, did I forget to mention all the household cleaning and what not I do? No? Well, add that into my already crazy week. Blah! I'm so ready for this semester to be over. Not like next semester will be less hectic. Sigh.
With that being said, I haven't hit the gym since sometime last week and I forgot to weigh in on Sunday. D'oh! I did weigh myself this morning and I am still holding at 189.6. My eating really hasn't been too bad, but I know it could be better. I've already set my alarm to go off tomorrow morning at 4:30am so I can make it to the gym by 5. The whole staying up late to study/do research papers/and other misc homework is totally killing me in the mornings. Next week I have plans to attend the Cardio Craze class on Monday, Zumba on Wednesday, and possibly Turbo Kick on Friday (all at the Y), in addition to my morning workouts.
