In my attempt to stay focused on my goal of running 3 miles every other day, I scheduled my break from homework to run. I'm beyond proud of myself. :) What a way to start the week! (Though, my eating has been a bit wonky lately and I'm trying as hard as I can to stay within my calorie limits. So far, so good.)
Needed to add: I just realized that last week (03/09/11) when I weighed in at 180.4, it put me at losing 10% of my body! Yay! I'm down 20.6 pounds.
