Week 3: Wednesday Weigh In

Weigh in: 180.2

My loss this weigh in is only .02. Gah! Really? Tsk tsk.

OK, I'm not too disappointed (just a little), but I'm going to keep my chin up and focus on this next week. I'm not going to freak out about such a small loss. Instead, I'm going to really focus on staying well within my daily calories and increase my exercise a bit more. The only thing I think might have hindered my efforts this past week was all the coffee I consumed over the weekend. Oh, well. I can't change the past, but I will attempt to not do that again.

As of right now, I'm gathering recipes for my next week's meals. I'm looking for recipes that have more protein, more veggies, and less carbs. If anyone has any recipes, please feel free to let me know.
