Weigh In Wednesday

Another successful week! :D I didn't exercise as much as I had planned, but I made sure to keep my eating in check and it shows. I'm almost down 3lbs from last week! Next week I hope to be around 178 or so. As long as I weigh in in the 170s, I'll be incredibly happy. I do have a mini goal I'm working toward. By May 12, I would like to be down another 15-20lbs. I'm flying out to NC for my sister's graduation. If I do manage to lose another 20lbs by then, I should be in the low 160s (maybe even high 150s!). Right now, though, I'm focusing on each day at a time and am trying not to get ahead of myself.

Here in a bit, I'm going to hit the treadmill for another 5K run. I did one on Monday and felt pretty great afterward. My plan is to do a 5K every other day. Once I feel like I'm at the point where the run feels pretty easy, I'll increase my mileage.
