I've done great with my eating. Yesterday, after I had exercised, I made sure to take some Tylenol because I knew my body—especially my legs—would be sore. I was right. Around the kids’ bedtime, my legs were getting that achy feeling and I took some Motrin. The kids went to bed around 8:30pm and I was soon to follow. I believe I fell asleep before 9:30pm and slept soundly till about 7:30 this morning. I felt so refreshed. I was sore, but, nonetheless, still refreshed! Normally, I toss and turn all night long and by the time I do fall asleep, I still feel groggy and tired the next day. I'm hoping this will keep the insomnia away. Will tomorrow be another great day? I sure hope so!
