I think I have finally realized I can and will do this. I haven't put any effort into losing weight for some time now, and I am finally ready to lose some of myself. For the past few days, I have been watching how much I am eating and making some better choices. Today, I did get my behind out on the treadmill and walked/ran 2.5 miles in about 47 minutes. YAY me. My goal for tomorrow is to do about the same. I would like to log 100 miles for the month.
