Tonight, I made a game plan for the rest of this month. What, exactly, is my plan? Well, I plan to hit the gym every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to do my weekly C25K program. If I feel up to it, I want to also hit the EPX for a min. of 30 minutes on those days. If I feel up to it, I will try to go on Tuesdays and Thursdays to do between 30-60minutes on the EPX. I might also do some weights on those 2 days, but it will just depend on how I'm feeling. As I accomplish each goal for each day, I will mark the day off my calender. I'm hoping to lose about 20lbs by the end of December.
