Gettin' Back To It

I'm trying my hardest to get back into the eating-right-and-exercising-groove that I was in a couple months ago. Gah! Why on Earth is it so flipping hard? I WILL get back into my groove, and I WILL lose the weight I want. I WILL.


I'm proud of myself for tracking every single thing I ate today, even the not-so-good items. Hey, at least I tracked them and they're accounted for, right?


One thing I noticed this evening that I really need to work on is my water intake. I think I only took in around 7 glasses or so. Tomorrow I will attempt to get in around 10 glasses or so. It shouldn't be too hard to achieve because I'll be outside in the fall (90 degree here, though. WTH?) weather, watching my daughter kick behind in her soccer games. :D


I have a workout goal to hit the gym bright and early at 6:30a.m. tomorrow. I think I can do that. I hope, anyways. It would be a great start.
