Friday's Workout

So, this morning, after dropping the kids off at school, I managed to hit the gym. I did 2,539 steps around the track. I'm not sure, exactly, how many miles that equates to, but, oh well, I was MOVING! A couple weeks ago, I bought the Nike+Sport kit for my Ipod and plan on using it next week. I think it's going to be pretty neat to use and will help keep me motivated with my endeavor back into the C25K. I'll explain in my next post what the Nike+Sport kit is and what it does for those that don't know. I also did the the gym's EFX machine. I selected the weight loss program on the EFX and did 30 minutes (and 2.33 miles) alternating between an easy resistance and a bit more difficult Resistance. It was actually nice and I felt great afterwards. I really like that work out sweat. :) I have also tracked my food intake so far for today.

Well, it's time for me to go pick the boy up from Pre-K.
